                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES,
                   INC. TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
                   AND RESIDENT PROJECT REPRESENTATION FOR
                   CONTRACT NO. 37A-1, SOUTH CHICKAMAUGA CREEK
                   PUMP STATION UPGRADE, AT A TOTAL COST NOT TO
                   EXCEED EIGHTY THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY
                   DOLLARS ($80,280.00), WITHOUT PRIOR

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. to 

       provide construction phase services and resident project
       representation for Contract No. 37A-1, South Chickamauga Creek
       Pump Station Upgrade, at a total cost not to exceed $80,280.00,
       without prior approval.
